1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
- To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition, and in the full, original packaging.
- Any items that show signs of wear or have been damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes bag damage, label damage this will come at a £10 deduction.
2. Return Period:
- You may request a return or refund within 28 days of receiving your purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange:
- To activate a return, refund, or exchange, please send an email to info@gymloves.co.uk. Include your order number, a detailed description of the reason for the return, and clear photographs if applicable.
- Our customer service team will respond promptly to guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.

5. Refund Process:
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 working days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

- If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the desired replacement item in your email to info@gymloves.co.uk.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

7. Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Underwear and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
