How should I wash the products I purchase from your store?We recommend checking the care label on the product for specific washing instructions. We advise to ONLY wash in temperatures under 20c. We also recommend NOT to iron as different prints can be affected.

What is your return policy?Our return policy allows you to return unused and unworn items within 28 days of purchase for a full refund. Please refer to our Returns page for detailed instructions.

Do you offer refunds, and how long does it take to process them?es, we offer refunds for eligible returns. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item in my order?If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

What is your policy for lost packages during delivery?In the event of a lost package, please contact our customer support. We will initiate a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier and provide a resolution accordingly. We recommend purchasing the premium delivery option as you will be insured on that.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available for quicker delivery.

Can I track the status of my order?Yes, you can track your order status by checking your emails for any and all updates. If you choose a premium delivery option a tracking number will be provided. Simply enter the tracking number on the delivery provider website for real-time updates.

What should I do if my package is damaged upon arrival?If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately. We may require photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist you with a resolution.

What times are your shipping cut offs?Your shipping will begin after we process your item. So if you order with next day delivery it will be next day after it has been processed. Cut off times are Mon-Friday order before 11am for same day processing and next day delivery, if after 11am it will be processed the next day. Weekend orders will be processed on the Monday before 11am. Discount codes used for any free shipping do not include next day service and will automatically be dropped down to 3-5 business day shipping
